Modern Trends in the Development of Motivational Mechanisms for Managerial Staff in Medical Institutions

This article analyzes modern mechanisms and approaches aimed at enhancing the motivation of managerial staff in medical institutions. The study places particular emphasis on the influence of both material and non-material factors in shaping managerial motivation. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the research provides a comparative analysis of practices in Kazakhstan and abroad. The methodology includes surveys, focus group discussions, and literature review. The results highlight the importance of professional development opportunities, psychological support, and reward systems as key factors influencing motivation. Based on concrete data, the article proposes practical recommendations for improving motivational mechanisms. This study serves as a significant theoretical and practical contribution to improving medical management, ensuring staff retention, and increasing organizational efficiency.
